King Philip Walpole Youth Hockey accepting instructional program registrations
The King Philip Walpole Youth Hockey Association is accepting instructional program registrations for girls and boys born in 2009 and before who are interested in learning to play hockey.
King Philip Walpole Youth Hockey is a non-profit community hockey organization for boys and girls from Norfolk, Plainville, Walpole and Wrentham. The KPWYH Instructional Program will be held from Sept. 21-March 30, with
sessions held Saturday and Sunday mornings at the Foxboro Sports Center. No prior hockey experience is required to enroll.
The KPW instructional program has introduced new youth players to hockey for nearly 30 years, following the
American Development Model created by USA Hockey. Players learn from USA Hockey-certified volunteer coaches who help new players build confidence and develop fundamentals through a focus on small-area games, skating
skills and fun.
Tuition is $495.00 per player, but KPW is offering a specially discounted tuition of $395 for all players who register
and pay in full by Oct. 1.
Visit the KPW Web site at www.kpwhockey.org for more information and to register.
