 hand Family Support Network to provide a special Women&rsquo\;s Self-Def
 ense seminar. Thisspecial training session will take place on Saturday\,
  June 16th from 2:00 P.M to 4:00 P.M.at the Impact School of Martial Art
 s\, 191 Mechanic St. in Bellingham. Proceeds fromthis event will benefit
  the local Domestic Violence and Rape Center in Milford.\nThe Impact Wom
 en&rsquo\;s Self Defense Class is geared toward giving women theconfiden
 ce and skills to protect themselves from attack. Topics to be covered du
 ringthe session include gun and knife defense\, striking and kicking\, b
 ecoming aware of yoursurroundings\, how to decrease vulnerability by min
 imizing your potential to become avictim\, and how to develop the most i
 mportant weapon &ndash\; your mind.\n&ldquo\;All women live with a certa
 in level of risk of violent crime\, and this training willprovide them w
 ith the tangible skills and confidence to stay safe\, said Impact Master
