PLEASE NOTE: OUR ADDRESS IS 127 B Old West Street! Potters Place in Walpole is having its Annual Spring Show & Sale, with hundreds of hand crafted, uniquely designed and glazed pottery items on display and for sale. 

The Show & Sale hours are: Friday, May 4, 6–9 p.m.; Saturday, May 5, 9 a.m.–8 p.m.; and Sunday, May 6, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. A Meet the Artists reception takes place Friday evening where visitors to the studio can enjoy refreshments and meet the 23 featured Potters Place artisans. Close to Walpole center and the MBTA commuter rail station, Potters Place is located at 127B Old West Street. 

To celebrate our New England spring, Potters Place members have created functional and fine art pottery to fit the show’s theme, “Flora and Fauna.” These one-of-a-kind works include both wheel-thrown and hand-built items. The show features a wide array of pottery items for purchase in all price ranges including vases, batter bowls, mugs, berry bowls, embellished platters, casserole dishes, bowl sets, cookie jars, plates, garden ornaments, sculptures and more.
The Show and Sale offers a wonderful opportunity for the public to visit the studio and learn more about the craft of pottery, as well as the upcoming classes at Potters Place for both adults and children. The studio will also be selling gift certificates, which can be used for purchasing a finished piece or for attending one of the Potter’s Place on-going studio classes for children, teens and adults.
As a non-profit organization dedicated to both art and community outreach, Potters Place always donates a portion of their Show and Sale proceeds to a local charity. Be sure to look for our donation display at the Show & Sale.
