This photo of Lake Massapoag, taken by Sharon resident Laura Henze Russell, was featured on Facebook the week of Dec. 17, 2012.
"Sharon’s Lake Massapoag, with one of the three Lifeguard Stands constructing during Matt Russell’s Eagle Project that were dedicated to Dave Clifton, Sharon’s legendary Recreation Director of 38 years upon Dave’s retirement from the town. People all over town, and some who worked with Clifton years ago and have since moved on, contributed to this community-wide effort and tribute to keep the Town’s residents safe and healthy," Russell said. As part of our Facebook Cover Photo project, we're asking our readers to send us their best winter photos to put into our weekly rotation of our Facebook Cover Photo. Each Monday, we'll use a new photo submitted by a reader.

Prior to the start of 2013, several Patch users submitted photos for Sharon Patch to use on Facebook. Now we want to continue to highlight Sharon's artistic talent as the seasons change on our Facebook page.

Whether it's a photo of a historic building, the harbor or people just going about their day, we want to see your take on Wrentham. Be creative and try to capture the essence of the city to represent Wrentham on Facebook.

There's no age requirement to submit: You just have to be a Sharon Patch user and be able to create a 100 percent original piece of work owned by you for us to use. You agree to grant Patch the royalty free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use the work on Wrentham Patch’s Facebook page. You must have permission to show all individuals seen in the work. If minor children are included in the work, you must be their parent or guardian, or obtain written consent from their parent or guardian prior to submitting the work. All entries must be at least 399 pixels wide and cannot contain any advertising (such as a prominent Coca Cola logo).

Click the "upload" button above to submit your entry! (NOTE: Please do not send photos to Wrentham Patch via email. Only photos uploaded to this article will be considered for Facebook.)
