It's been a remarkably snow-free winter, but a Wednesday storm may dump some of the precipitation on the area.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for the area. The service said a storm, set to take place from Wednesday afternoon to Thursday morning, may drop three to five inches of snow on Wrentham.
The warning speaks of snow, sleet and freezing rain, with poor visibility at times and possible slippery travel. The Wednesday afternoon commute may be affected.
Wind gusts of up to 20 miles per hour are possible.
