Week in Review: Home Sales, School Budget and Slashing
Looking back at the week of April 23 - April 27.
1. The King Philip School Committee met on Monday, and board members talked about the process for appointing a Wrentham representative. The town failed to elect a candidate to the position in elections earlier this month.
2. The committee also talked about the contribution levels from the towns of Wrentham, Norfolk and Plainville.
3. The Wrentham police responded to a razor blade attack on Tuesday. A local teen was arrested on charges of assault in battery with a dangerous weapon.
4. Wrentham home sales were down in the month of March. Seven homes were sold in the month, down from eight in March 2011.
5. Completed foreclosures were up in that month. There were three completed foreclosures in town, as compared to zero the year before.
