After the storm, sunshine will be with us the rest of the week, according to WHDH.

 

 

The following is the seven day forecast from Channel 7.

Monday: Sandy's swipe at New England---increasing rain & wind through the day. Worst part of storm is likely from 9 a.m. until midnight. Temps in the mid 60s. 1-3" of rain and wind gusts between 40-60 mph--perhaps near 70 mph outer Cape/Islands. Strongest along the coast.

Tuesday: Cloudy skies with scattered showers. Breezy with the showers. Temps in the upper 60s. South wind 15-25 mph.

Wednesday: Boo! Mostly cloudy with a few isolated showers. Highs in the mid 60s. South wind 10-20 mph continue.

Thursday: Mostly sunny. Seasonably cool. Upper 50s.

Friday: More sunshine. Highs in the mid 50s.

Saturday: Partly sunny. Upper 50s.

Sunday: Mostly sunny. Upper 50s.
