CAKE

Ingredients:

• 1 egg

• 1 cup sugar

• 1 ½ cups flour

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• ½ cup milk

• ½ cup cocoa

• ½ cup Crisco

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• ½ teaspoon salt

• ½ cup coffee

Directions:

1. Beat all ingredients together.
2. Bake in oven at 350 F

FUDGE ICING

Ingredients:

• 2-3 squares of chocolate

• 3 tablespoons shortening

• 5 tablespoons milk

• 2 cups confectioning sugar

• ¼ teaspoon salt

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

1. Melt chocolate and shortening in the milk.
2. Blend in confectionary sugar, salt, vanilla.
3. Stir until thick enough to spread.
