New Furniture Store to Open on Route 1A

A new store named New England Artisan Gallery will be moving into the former Wrentham Antiques building in November.

Last week, Wrentham Patched asked what should go into the former Wrentham Antiques building now that Wrentham Artisan will not occupy the space. Over the weekend, it became a little more clear what would go in.

Recently, the sign telling those who drive by 513 South Street to find Wrentham Artisan on Facebook has been replaced with a new sign promoting a website named Creative Art Furniture.

In addition, Wrentham Artisan announced on their Facebook page over the weekend that the a new furniture store run by Chris Parker and Steven Staples named the New England Artisan Gallery will open up on the property in November. The business will specialize in handcraft furniture.

Currently, the company has a showroom located on 23 West Bacon Street in Plainville and Staples was featured last year on a segment on the PBS TV series This Old House.
