Former Senator Brown Joins Boston Law Firm
Former United States senator Scott Brown will be working for the law firm of Nixon Peabody.
Scott Brown has another new job. The former United States senator from Wrentham said Monday, he will be joining the Boston law firm of Nixon Peabody.
He will not be a lobbyist, according a report in the New York Times. Instead, the Boston College law school graduate will focus his work on the financial services industry and commerical real estate matters, the firm said
“During my time in politics, I never hesitated to reach across the aisle to work with members of any political party to secure a preferable outcome,” said Brown in the company's news release. “My approach is consistent with the way Nixon Peabody does business and I believe we can be successful together.”
“Scott’s ability to connect people with opportunities is an excellent fit with Nixon Peabody’s culture and strategic priorities,” said Andrew I. Glincher, the firm’s chief executive and managing partner. “Scott’s personality and entrepreneurial spirit will build strong relationships.”
Brown, who hasn't ruled out another run at politics, is also working as a commentor for FOX News.
