Five Things You Need to Know Feb. 28

A performance of "Romeo and Juliet" will be taking place at Dean College tonight.

 

 

1. It will be cloudy and raw today with a few spots of dizzle, according to WHDH. It will be wetter later in the day as the rain will possibly turnover ot snow at night. Look for temperatures to start out in the low 40s before dropping to the mid-30s after dark. 

2. Yoga Classes with Chris Primavera will be starting today at 9:30 a.m. at the Fiske Public Library. The classes will also be held March 7, 14, 21, 28 and April 4. You must sign up and the cost is $65 in cash or check made payable to the Friends of Fiske is required. 

3. A presentation of "Romeo and Juliet" at Dean College will take place tonight. The free presentation will start at 6 p.m. in the Campus Center’s Golder Room. This will be followed by "Romeo and Juliet" on the Main Stage at 7:30  p.m. with special tickets for $10 each.

4. Plainville Police Officer Gregory Kiff will be honored for his 23-yeards of service to the force on Saturday, April 6, at Plainridge Racecourse, 301 Washington St., Plainville, at 6 p.m. The cost is $30 per person and tickets will be available at the door and you must RSVP by March 25.
