Judy's work speaks for itself, and has done so for the past 22 years. Every week, a fresh arrangement adorns the reception desk at Head to Toes Salon and Day Spa. I can't tell you how many oooos and ahhhs are spoken as our client walk through the front door each day to see her work. I have used Judy for every occassion including my own wedding and hands down, I have to say that she is the best!
